Product Labeling Interface (Valeo)

Over
40 PCs with bar code label printers, installed throughout the
plant, are used to print product labels in a variety of formats.
The Component Label Management System (CLMS) provides a common
user interface at all PCs that lessens training requirements and
operator error. CLMS eliminates most keyboard data entry and
incorporates badge readers to capture the correct operator ID on
each label for quality tracking. CLMS data on each PC is
synchronized to a network server for data backup.
